I wish to express my appreciation for the work that you and your firm have done on my behalf. In this difficult time for me, everyone in your office has been helpful and supportive in ensuring that not only are our objectives with my case met but also that my personal needs are accommodated.
In particular, I want to thank Mr. Ross Stomel. His work on my case has been diligent, and his attention to my needs and concerns at the forefront. One example was with my depositions. I told Ross that for me to be at my best, I would probably need more preparation than most do and since I've never been deposed before, that I needed detailed information about the entire process as well. Ross quickly and thoroughly addressed each of my requests, with the result being that as I entered the depositions, and throughout them, I was confident and prepared. I was also impressed with how quickly he assessed my strengths and weaknesses and advised me on how to capitalize on my strengths during the depositions and how to minimize exposure of my weaknesses.
Another example is the scheduling of my depositions. Although many of the defendants pushed for a delay in the second week of depositions, Ross knew how important it was for me to finish as we had originally scheduled. Through many conversations and due to his persistence, the original schedule for the second week was maintained.
Your firm has made this stressful process easy and comfortable for me. Your commitment to my case and my well-being are sincerely appreciated.
My case was complex, but you untangled the details of my asbestos exposure so that they were clear in court. I couldn’t have done it without you.
I hesitated to file suit because I thought going to trial would be a hassle. The professionals at Shrader & Associates did the work, hassle-free, and ensured I was able to leave a legacy for my family.
Your team stood by me throughout the entire process. The future looks a bit brighter for my family now.
I hate to even contemplate where we’d be without our Dream Team!! Thanks to you, the grief of my loss would have been almost unbearable otherwise. The wonderful things you have done for us, the things you have made possible for my family, the doors you have opened – I will always be grateful.
We believe that it was a "God Thing" that brought your team into our lives. We've never been involved in any kind of legal action. You walked us through every step and helped us understand each step of the way. Whether you like it or not--you're stuck with us! We know you were doing your job and will continue to do so; but, to us you've become family. We have been blessed by knowing there are people who will fight for what is right. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Dream Team – you show kindness, resourcefulness, and integrity...you stood up for what’s right, even when it wasn’t easy.
Can words describe how you made my family's lives better, how y’all made our loss and tragedy more bearable? I don’t think so. Will we be forever grateful and in debt to you for all your efforts on our behalf? That is a resounding YES! Hugs to you!
Several months have passed since we first met. You graciously came to our home to discuss with my husband, Robert L., and my son, Robert B., about representing Robert in pursuit of the asbestos litigations. Thank you from our family for your representation. Jordan Roberts has worked very hard on our behalf. He was so good to my husband before he passed away last March. I realize we are rearing the end of the process and I will benefit financially soon. So many releases and things to sign!! It would be overwhelming if I was not able to trust you all. I have been rooted in the Champions Area for over 30 years and felt so comfortable with you and with Jordan. Knowing your Christ-like character was evident through Champion Forest Baptist Church affiliations is a wonderful way the body of Christ works to defend the weak. I feel so defenseless and I am grateful for your defense on my behalf.
Shrader & Associates was committed to helping us! Throughout their years of practice, they had researched heavily the many aspects of asbestos, the types of companies producing the materials, the employers and contractors involved, etc. Our Dad was very well represented by these professional and diligent individuals. They made each task effortless for us. Words cannot express our gratitude for Shrader & Associates for their determination and attentive care with our Dad and family.
I wanted to handwrite a few things. First of all, again, thank you so very much for all your hard work and the way you “took care” of Tom & Brian while there. But I wanted to say something that may be in your busy lives you could lose touch a little, with how much impact your work has on changing lives for the better. What you’ve done to facilitate the lost or deceased one to continue caring for his family even after he’s gone. It has enabled us to live with dignity and purpose that was difficult and impossible before. So when you have days that are difficult or you feel like you’re on a treadmill, try to remember all the good you do in changing families' lives for the better. You are the antidote to the machine of the inhuman and unfeeling corporations. So thank you from the King family with all our hearts.
When Jack first got sick we thought it was the flu because he was such a healthy man. When he was first admitted into the hospital, he was there for 12 days and none of the doctors really knew what was wrong. You see, so Jack’s original doctor sent him to MD Anderson. Off we went to MDA and it was there we were told the worst news anybody could ever hear.
I kept all of our friends informed via e-mail as to what the doctors were telling us, the surgery, and Jack’s recovery. One of our friends happened to be working with an attorney and asked if Jack’s cancer was caused by asbestos. When I said yes, she told me that the firm she worked for handled asbestos cases and that they are great at what they do and that they have a heart and will put our needs first. Jack agreed to meet with them.
They came to our home and Jack was very impressed. Jack was not impressed easily and he could always see through people if they had heart or if they were out for themselves. We decided to hire Shrader & Associates.
They took right over and kept in touch with us and held our hands through the process. They became part of our family and they respected Jack and what he was going through. When it came time for a deposition, they came to our home because Jack was no longer able to leave his bed. They were so polite and gentle with us.
I can’t say enough of how wonderful Ross Stomel and his team of people were to us. They always put our needs first. When Jack lost his battle to Mesothelioma cancer, Ross came to Jack's funeral. I was so shocked to see him there, after all ‘this man is an attorney’ I thought, he was doing his job to represent us. Ross always went way beyond his call of duty. However, because he went above and beyond and always treated us like family it should have been no surprise to me.
After Jack passed away, whenever I called the office everybody always treated me with respect and was so warm and friendly they always went out of their way to help me. No matter who I spoke with, they were wonderful. I can’t say enough of how kind and considerate everybody is that works at Shrader & Associates. They are in a tough business and they deal with people who have had their hearts broken. They never make you feel that you are a burden. Ross would drop whatever he was doing to talk to me and trust me, he is a very busy man. He would call me at 8:00 or 9:00 at night to check on me.
My heart breaks for anyone that has to go through this type of cancer. But these attorneys do it with heart and I will always be grateful for that. They put their clients first and themselves second. I could have never gotten through this without the team from Shrader & Associates. They are wonderful people. They had the ability to see how broken I was and they held my hand all the way through that horrible time in my life with Jack and when I was left on my own they stayed with me long after Jack's death.
I just wanted to personally thank you for all your hard work and all your kindness to Tommy and Brian, they think so highly of all of y’all. Your dedication and hard work changes the lives of families, enabling us to live with dignity and bear the loss of our loved one with a little more peace and ease. Keep that in mind whenever you lose a case or feel down. Your work is powerful and HELPS. Take care and know you are deeply appreciated. Please pass this along to the office. May God Bless.
Bless you – I want to say thank you for all you do. Because of your efforts to help me, my wife and kids will have a home. God bless all of you. Prayers answered.
